Kiatsu
Please refer to Tōhei Sensei’s book, “Kiatsu”
for
more
information on this healing art. Basic Self-Kiatsu is
taught at any Ki Society dōjō*. The benefits of Kiatsu include relaxation,
increased flexibility, improved circulation, and reduction of stress in
the body and mind.
*(Please note that Kiatsu Ryōhō
for the purpose of treating others professionally is formally taught
only at Ki no Kenkyu Kai Headquarters in Japan, and one must be
certified from Headquarters to practice this therapy on others
professionally, or to teach it professionally.)
